How to Get Abs in a Week – My Short Story
Hi, James here again. This time, I am going to tell you a short story about me and how I finally got a good looking abs. Hopefully, some of you will find this story useful and get a six-pack as well.

So, the name of my website is “How to get abs in a week” and you probably arrived here because you are in the same situation like I was. You want to get a six pack abs as quickly as possible! I don’t know why you want to achieve this, but I will tell you why I wanted to do that. Well, the reason was simple – a girl. Back then when I was much younger I wanted to impress a girl I met at the beach so I said to myself: Hey, I’m gonna get abs in a week! Long story short – I failed. And you will fail too. I bet you’re asking what I did. I bought a supposedly miraculous guide which promised getting a sixpack in a week. Well, it did not work. The vast majority of guides and magic pills are not going to help you in any way. You will have to work hard to get those abs, but if you stay on course, you will eventually get them. You won’t get them in a week (remember, the “how to get abs in a week” guides are just piles of lies). You probably won’t get them in a single month. Let’s stay realistic, three months might work for you.
The purpose of this article is not to crush your hopes. The purpose is to demystify the process of getting ripped abs. People always think they can get big muscles in no time if they work out really hard. That is obviously not true. Getting flat abs is not about working out like a madman. You don’t even have to do any special ab exercises to actually get abs. You already got them. You just cannot see them because they are covered by a layer of fat. The key to getting abs lies in a well balanced nutrition and proper cardiovascular exercises. You can have the best ab workout plan in the whole world, but if you don’t lose the fat around your belly, you will never ever see your abs.
So please forget all these guides called How to get abs in a week or How to get abs in 2 weeks etc. These will never work no matter what others say. They just want to get your money.
On the other hand, there a few guides out there which actually work very well. But they never promise you that you will get abs in a week. For example, Mike Geary’s guide is very well written and detailed. If you already did a bit of a research, you’ve probably stumbled upon this ebook. It is called The Truth About Six Pack Abs. After only few weeks of doing workouts which were described in this book, I started to see major improvements. Apart from the workout plans, the guide also features a detailed nutrition plan, which will help you to get the results even faster.
This guide helped me a lot so I would suggest checking out Mike Geary’s site if you are interested in what he has got to offer. Obviously, the guide is not free, but it ceratinly is worth the money. He even offers a trial, which costs only 5 bucks.
