Hi, James here again. This time, I am going to tell you a short story about me and how I finally got a good looking abs. Hopefully, some of you will find this story useful and get a six-pack as well.

So, the name of my website is “How to get abs in a week” and you probably arrived here because you are in the same situation like I was. You want to get a six pack abs as quickly as possible! I don’t know why you want to achieve this, but I will tell you why I wanted to do that. Well, the reason was simple – a girl. Back then when I was much younger I wanted to impress a girl I met at the beach so I said to myself: Hey, I’m gonna get abs in a week! Long story short – I failed. And you will fail too. I bet you’re asking what I did. I bought a supposedly miraculous guide which promised getting a sixpack in a week. Well, it did not work. The vast majority of guides and magic pills are not going to help you in any way. You will have to work hard to get those abs, but if you stay on course, you will eventually get them. You won’t get them in a week (remember, the “how to get abs in a week” guides are just piles of lies). You probably won’t get them in a single month. Let’s stay realistic, three months might work for you.

The purpose of this article is not to crush your hopes. The purpose is to demystify the process of getting ripped abs. People always think they can get big muscles in no time if they work out really hard. That is obviously not true. Getting flat abs is not about working out like a madman. You don’t even have to do any special ab exercises to actually get abs. You already got them. You just cannot see them because they are covered by a layer of fat. The key to getting abs lies in a well balanced nutrition and proper cardiovascular exercises. You can have the best ab workout plan in the whole world, but if you don’t lose the fat around your belly, you will never ever see your abs.

So please forget all these guides called How to get abs in a week or How to get abs in 2 weeks etc. These will never work no matter what others say. They just want to get your money.

On the other hand, there a few guides out there which actually work very well. But they never promise you that you will get abs in a week. For example, Mike Geary’s guide is very well written and detailed. If you already did a bit of a research, you’ve probably stumbled upon this ebook. It is called The Truth About Six Pack Abs. After only few weeks of doing workouts which were described in this book, I started to see major improvements. Apart from the workout plans, the guide also features a detailed nutrition plan, which will help you to get the results even faster.

This guide helped me a lot so I would suggest checking out Mike Geary’s site if you are interested in what he has got to offer. Obviously, the guide is not free, but it ceratinly is worth the money. He even offers a trial, which costs only 5 bucks.

I did a bit of research to find out what other websites are saying about the possibility to get abs in a week. There are two groups of websites. One group says it’s perfectly possible to get abs in one week. The second group says it is impossible. Which one is telling the truth and which one is lying? If you have read my previous articles, you already know the answer. It is not possible to get abs in a week. That means the first group of websites is lying.

How to get abs in a weekThe question is: Why are they lying to you? Well, the answer is quite simple. They want to get money. Your money. Fortunately, most the websites will offer you Mike Geary’s guide called The Truth About Six Pack Abs. I said “Fortunately” because Mike’s guide is actually a great guide, which does work, though it will not help you to get a sixpack in a week.

The Truth About Six Pack Abs is a famous ebook written by Mike Geary. You see the photo on the right side of the article? That’s Mike. Mike’s ebook will give you details on what to eat to get rid of excess fat and how to exercise. Yes, you will have to exercise. If you don’t like gyms, don’t worry, you can work out at home. As I already said, it is not a magic book. The techniques and tips described in the book will not work if you are not willing to follow them. Stay focused and you will see results in few weeks. This guide helped me so it will hopefully help you as well, if you buy it. Just don’t expect miracles.

10 Abs nutrition tips

Here are ten simple tips which will help you to get a sixpack. Remember, getting a six-pack is all about nutrition!

1. Drink plenty of water during the day. Stay clear of things like Coca-Cola.
2. Don not omit breakfest. It’s one of the most important meals.
3. Avoid highly processed foods at all costs. Foods like white bread will make you fat. Period.
4. Avoid alcohol.
5. Prepare your meals yourself if you can.
6. Make sure your meals are balanced and you have a portion of good carbs, protein and fat with every meal.
7. Avoid high sugar and high fat condiments and sauces like tomato sauce, basting sauces and particularly mayonnaise or salad creams.
8. Eat five-six small meals a day.
9. Avoid trans or hydrogenated and saturated fats.
10. Plan your grocery list in order that you stock and prepare just the correct foods which cannot result in temptation.

If you ever wanted to see how a killer ab workout looks like, I recommed watching this short video by Scooby1961. Be wary though, as this workout is not suitable for beginners and you may even hurt yourself.

Best workouts to get ripped abs

Hi James here. Let’s have a look at what a professional fitness trainer has to say about the best abs workouts. The reply to the classic question of “What is a good abs workout for losing stomach fat?” is: None! Abs workouts alone don’t create enough of a metabolic response in the human body to create fat burning. The issue is that focusing a lot of your time and energy on abdominal exercises and abs workouts to try to flatten your stomach and bring out 6-pack abs is definitely wasting your time from doing the proper workout programs that may acutally decrease your excess fat once for all.
